Jaladarsha, the Sanskrit expression meaning “watery mirror” which denotes the reflective work of our precise collective which aims to highlight and bring back into discourse the important aspects of intersection of nature, education, and culture in the cities and suburbs of West Bengal.
The collective is a non-binary assemblage of theatre practitioners, writers, artists, singers, researchers, and community process workers from myriad walks of life.
The collective founded in 2019, believes in maximum field work and all the members are compassionate hustlers. It now has a modest working hub in Kolkata, which is a brainstorming and archiving pad for the members and the associates.
We are an enthusiastic bunch who looks to engage with different creative explorations and collaborations. And we hope to impact the society in a holistic process that can be sustained through time and circumstances.
